Webb Worlds Ltd are looking for re-sellers of their unique software. We have two levels of re-sellers and these are described below.
The UK is broken down into geographic areas (by postcodes). A licensee purchases the rights to re-sell the software in that area. Areas vary in price from £5000 - £7500 dependant on the number of registered companies in the area (According to Dunn & Bradstreet) and by the density of those businesses.
Licensees earn a 40% of the set up fee and 50% of the monthly fees for as long as the client remains a paying customer and as long as the Licensee remains an active licensee. Selling between 8 and 12 standard sites will cover the license fee.
When selling out of area a Licensee becomes an Agent. Subsequent years fees are 50% of initial year. Each Licensee gets a top of the range SiteMaster website for their own use, product, sales and marketing training. All leads form their area are automatically passed to the Licensee of the area. Any sales made by other agents in the area entitle the owner to the difference between the agent's commission and the Licensees commission.
Active Licensees are licensees that are still actively selling SiteMaster websites, have reached or surpassed the annual minimum for new business and have paid in full any Licensee fees owing.
Inactive Licensee was created to allow licensees to retire and still gain an income. An inactive licensee retains 25% of their customer's monthly fees for business placed before exit (new business after the exit date is not included). If a customer stops paying then the inactive licensees income will fall accordingly.
Example a licensee retires with 500 Gold site customers giving them a total income before retirement of £12500 a month. Upon becoming inactive this will give them an income of £6250 a month (£75,000) per annum. If 10% of those customers cancelled their sites and payments then the licensee's income would fall by £625 per month (50 sites at £12.5).
Agents can sell anywhere in the world and pay a £2000 per annum fee to be a registered agent. Agents receive 30% of the set up fee and 25% of the monthly income for as long as the client remains a paying customer and the Agent remains a registered agent. Agents receive full product as well as sales and marketing training and a Gold SiteMaster website.
